Return Policy

Return, Replacement & Restocking Policy – KeyBlanks.ca

We take pride in providing quality products and service. To avoid any misunderstandings, please review our policy before making your purchase.

Returning by Mail

  • All returns must first be confirmed by email at info@keyblanks.ca Do not send anything back without prior authorization.
  • Returned items must be shipped using insured, prepaid shipping with tracking.
  • Please include in your package:
    • Your full name
    • Your order number
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the package arrives safely. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

General Returns

  • All returns must be approved in advance. Please email us at info@keyblanks.ca before sending anything back.
  • Returns are accepted within 14 business days of receiving your order.
  • All returns will be issued as store credit only. No refunds will be provided.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If you would like us to provide a return shipping label, a flat fee of $25 will be deducted from your store credit.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

  • Key machines
  • Tools and accessories
  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)
  • Opened packages or used products

Condition of Returned Items

  • All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • If a returned item is found to be in a condition that cannot be restocked, the customer may choose to have the item shipped back to them.
  • In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • No refund or store credit will be issued for items that cannot be restocked.

Missing Items

  • To ensure accuracy, all orders are counted and verified by two KeyBlanks.ca warehouse personnel before shipment.
  • Please confirm your order upon delivery.
  • Any discrepancies with items or quantities must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims made after this timeframe will not be honored.

Replacements

  • If the item is in new condition and in its original packaging, you may exchange it for another item of equal value.
  • Shipping and handling charges may apply.
  • Shipping charges for all replacements must be prepaid and insured by the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipment.

Restocking Fee

  • All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your store credit.
  • Original shipping and handling fees from the initial order are non-refundable.

 

Store Credit Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be applied to your account.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for processing after the return has been delivered to our warehouse.
