Enjoy FREE shipping on purchases over $299 (before taxes) within Canada and the U.S.

Carriers

We ship using UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post.

• KeyBlanks reserves the right to choose the carrier at our discretion.

• If you require a specific carrier, please notify us at the time of your order. Requests for specific carriers may incur additional charges, which will be confirmed before shipping.

Order Cut-Off Times

• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:30 PM EST ship the same day.

• Orders placed after 2:30 PM EST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Backorders

All orders are subject to stock availability. We maintain accurate inventory counts, but discrepancies may occur. If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will:

• Ship the available items immediately.

• Ship backordered items separately once restocked.

Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Signature Required

For security, all packages are shipped with Signature Required.

Shipping Restrictions

• Deliveries to rural/remote areas and the Territories may require additional charges.

• Deliveries can only be made to addresses with a valid street address or rural route number and postal code.

Shipping Holds

We reserve the right to delay shipment of any order that appears fraudulent until confirmation is received from the issuing bank.

Lost or Stolen Packages

KeyBlanks.ca is not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered in accordance with our shipping and delivery practices. We will, however, work with the carrier to help resolve delivery issues.

Taxes

Prices on our website do not include taxes. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated on the total order value and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship internationally; however:

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged at delivery.

• These fees vary by country and cannot be calculated during checkout.
