If we cancel an order after payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method to verify receipt of any refund.
Eligible Customers
KeyBlanks.ca is a business-to-business wholesale supplier. Our products are available exclusively to:
- Hardware stores
- Retail businesses
- Government agencies
- Locksmiths
Orders placed by individuals outside of these categories may be cancelled. We may require verification of your business or professional status prior to fulfilling orders.

Any vehicle search or reference tool available on our Site is provided for reference purposes only. It is your responsibility to verify the information and ensure it matches the items you require before making a purchase.
Third Party Goods and Services
Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for issues that may arise from them.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:
Credit Card, PayPal, Debit, Direct Debit, and Interac E-Transfer.

Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following carriers: UPS Ground, UPS Express, Canada Post Expedited, or Purolator.
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times are estimates only and do not include weekends or statutory holidays. Delays caused by carriers or other circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility.
You are responsible for providing us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient’s name. We are not liable for deliveries made to the wrong address or person due to inaccurate or incomplete information.
Returns and Refunds
All returns must first be authorized by email at info@keyblanks.ca before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Returns must be requested within 14 business days of delivery.

All returns are eligible for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from store credit.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. If a prepaid return label is requested, a $25 flat fee will be deducted from store credit.

Non-returnable items include: key machines, tools, accessories, clearance or sale items, and any opened or used products.
Missing Items
All orders are counted and verified by two warehouse personnel before shipping. Customers must confirm their order upon delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be honored.
Accuracy of Information
KEYBLANKS.CA is not responsible if information on this Site is inaccurate, incomplete, or not current. The material on this Site is provided for general reference only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decision-making. Any reliance on the material on this Site is at your own risk.

Abuse of our terms — including but not limited to excessive returns due to customer negligence, failure to follow ordering procedures, or unprofessional conduct — will result in suspension or termination.
As a B2B supplier, we serve locksmiths, hardware stores, retail businesses, and government agencies only. If it is determined that an account does not belong to an eligible customer, we reserve the right to cancel or delete the account and associated orders without prior notice.
Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time to comply with legal requirements and operational changes. Updates will be posted on the Site, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
